Façade panels going up

The south and east elevations are now wrapped in their final insulation layer. The first prefabricated timber-aluminium panels arrived on Monday and have been installed on floors 1–2.

✓ Window reveals sealed (3rd floor)
● Panel installation (3rd–4th floor) — in progress
○ Balcony railing mounting (next week)

Next milestone

Fit-out starts 12 Jan 2027

Once the façade is complete, the interior fit-out crew moves in. Expect noise and dust during weekdays 08:00–17:00.
